Making Matzoh Bark with Cantor Debbi
This past week, our edjewcation station students got down and dirty in the kitchen, with Matzoh, caramel, and CHOCOLATE as we prepared for Passover!
This recipe is so fun and simple to make, and there are many variations possible, but just don’t skip the caramel!
As you can see, we have a blast making our matzoh bark, and hope you will too! With only 6 days till Passover, get your supplies ready now, because you can prepare this in advance and keep it on hand for dessert after you find the Afikoman!

Chocolate Peanut Matzoh
Ingredients:
3 1/2 sheets Matzoh
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups peanut butter chips
peanuts, chopped
Directions:
Arrange sheets of matzoh on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Melt 1/2 cup butter with 1/ cup brown sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved; cook 5 minutes more.
Spread mixture over matzoh; baked 5 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Remove, Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate and peanut butter pieces.
Let stand 5 minutes to melt and spread melted mixture over matzoh.
Spinkle with chopped peanuts. Refrigerate until firm.
Break into pieces.
Variations: Add pralines, marshmallows, raisins, coconut, anything you wish!
